As a summer project I designed and built this table as I noticed the bulky nature of these types of tables made transportation difficult. It is important to understand that the bulkiness is important to the identity of these types of tables so trimming down mass was not a design option. My design enabled the table to be split into 3 separate pieces(two frame pieces which could hold the legs and the table top) for easy transportation. My friends and I built it and it has been a staple at summer get togethers ever since.
